Refund Policy

Refund Policy - effective 13/07/2025
 

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for marketing services provided by Advirson. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
 

No Refunds After Campaign Launch

Once a paid advertising campaign has been launched, no refunds will be provided for any portion of the services or fees paid. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Management fees

  • Strategy and planning costs

  • Creative development expenses

  • Campaign setup and optimization services

  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting services
     

Pre-Launch Cancellation

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Prior to campaign launch: If you choose to cancel services before any advertising campaigns have gone live, a refund may be provided for unused portions of prepaid services, minus any work already completed and documented.

  • Setup and strategy work: Any completed work including account setup, strategy development, creative assets, and campaign preparation will be deducted from any potential refund at our standard hourly rates.
     

Rationale

The nature of paid advertising services involves:

  • Immediate deployment of resources and expertise

  • Real-time campaign management and optimization

  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments

  • Time-sensitive market conditions and ad platform dynamics

  • Irreversible actions once campaigns are active in the marketplace

Once campaigns are launched, our team has fulfilled the core service delivery, and campaign performance is subject to numerous external factors beyond our direct control, including market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithm changes.
 

Campaign Performance

Refunds will not be provided based on:

  • Campaign performance metrics or results

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) outcomes

  • Lead quality or conversion rates

  • Market response or competitive factors

  • Changes in business circumstances or priorities
     

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving documented service failures or technical errors on our part that materially impact campaign delivery, we may consider alternative remedies such as:

  • Additional optimization work at no charge

  • Extended service periods

  • Credit toward future campaigns

Any such considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
 

Payment Terms

All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Payment of invoices constitutes acceptance of this refund policy.
